Target Consumer: The desired tone is a high-quality product that’s freshly baked in a local kitchen. Emphasize the quality of raw materials used in this product while conveying the small batch production from a family-owned company. Bread Alone is a family-owned, values-driven bakery in upstate New York that has been baking organic breads since 1983. The bakery was founded by Dan Leader when he moved to the Catskills to start baking naturally fermented artisan breads using techniques he learned while touring France. Since then, he has opened a few bakeries in upstate New York with an assortment of pastries, breads, and granola. Bread Alone strives to create delicious, honest breads and food.

Design concept has a handmade, artisanal feel, with an earthy color palette and minimal imagery. Typography also has a rustic feel capturing the hand made quality of the product.
